I do not typically comment on places I go however.... I do want to say that after having a complication with my order and asking to speak with the mananger I was more than pleased with the customer service I received. I've been in the customer service industry for years and it is more often than not over looked when good service is received or when problems are solved. Everyone always wants to focus on the bad and negative vibes, but to truly be the change you want to see in the world you too have to put forth effort. I look forward to comming back and enjoying another meal, not because it's the best burger I've ever had but because they care about their customers and that's worth every penny. Thanks again for stepping up and handling my customer service issue with a smile
Only got breakfast here, but it was amazing. The croissant breakfast sandwich was the size of my head. The pictures on their menu do no justice. Coffee was good too. Thank you! It’s the only good breakfast we had at WindCreek.
MO’s burger Every time my wife and I go to WindCreek we can’t leave without going to food court. Food court is spotless. I would give a ten star rating if there was such a thing. I will start off with bacon cheese burger with provolone & the works (onions. Tomato, lettuce). Comes with fries that is always cooked burger & fries perfection. My wife has the chicken sandwich with bacon with the works and says it’s the best. Great job to staff who is always friendly & mgmt.
I came to visit from Boston MA with some friends and I was very pleased with the service great team and environment around 1 am !
